These terms apply to services at, and use of the website of:

• Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00
• Sunday: closed

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your time with your stylist.

You can book online at joannehairdressing.co.uk/book, by phone on 01202 604420, or in the salon. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call us, as we may need to shorten or rearrange your service so we don't affect other guests.

If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so that we can offer the time to someone else.

Prices are published by stylist level on our services and pricing page and include VAT. Colour, extension and transformation services depend on hair length, thickness and condition, so your stylist will confirm the final price at your consultation, before work begins.

We recommend a consultation before colour or major changes. A patch test is required before colour services, and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not have a valid patch test, we may not be able to carry out the service. Please tell us about allergies, medical conditions, medications or previous treatments that could affect your hair or scalp.

We will always do our very best, but hair results depend on its starting condition and history. Some colour changes take more than one visit. If you are not happy with your result, please tell us within a reasonable time and we will gladly look at it with you.

Please ask in the salon about vouchers and retail products. Any specific terms will be explained when you purchase.

Please take care of your personal belongings while you are in the salon.
