One of the biggest triggers is stress, so worrying about it is really frustrating because it compounds the problem.

After a very tough 2020 I feel this has become an increasing concern for many of my clients.

Certain deficiencies like low iron can also cause hair loss and significant weight gain or weight loss can also affect your hair growth.

Hormonal imbalances, peri-menopause , post menopause, poor diet, pregnancy and post pregnancy are a few things in life that impact our hair growth and shedding due to the changes in hormones.

Collagen protects the layer of skin that contains hair roots, it may help prevent age-related hair loss and thinning.

Collagen may promote healthy hair in a variety of ways.

And as always, if you have any questions about hair loss, please don’t hesitate to ask your stylist .
